Today’s Union County NC Mom’s Demand Action meeting had fantastic guest speakers: Indivisible District 9 Founder Carolyn Eberly & NC State House Representative Christy Clark who explained why it is so important for Gun Sense candidates to Take The Majority this November.
This morning I am canvassing in Marshville with NC House District 55 candidate Gloria Overcash & our fantastic group of volunteers. We are talking to voters to learn what issues are of greatest concern & to encourage them to vote this November. Will you join us on our next canvass?
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Cal Cunningham, and I am thrilled that he is going to be our next U.S. Senator. Cal is a fighter who will truly represent all North Carolinians, & I am excited that our campaigns will be working together to #TakeTheMajority & #FlipTheSenateBlue
I don’t have a primary opponent, but as NC Moms Demand Action volunteers Wanda & I voted for candidates who have prioritized gun safety, and we will keep working as hard as we can to elect Gun Sense Candidates up & down the ballot!
Today my team attended National Democratic Training Committee Candidate training at UNC Charlotte. Enjoyed meeting & sharing with many other NC candidates, & especially learning techniques for getting out the Democratic vote. Join our team & help us get it done!
